 3 Bombastic Habits for Success You can Do Today


A lot of people talk about changing their life. As much as everybody would like to achieve some level of success, it seems like success is just this huge step. It doesn’t have to be like that. In this article, I’m just basically going to talk to you about three things that you can do to change your life, and they will help you to create the discipline for you to become more successful in the future



Do yoga

Notoriously I would say most people who do yoga have some type of a stigma. If you wanna be a macho fitness freak, then usually people say that they want to do weights. For me, yoga is great. One thing I like about yoga is that you can just do it anytime, anywhere. Usually, I don't do yoga in the park or anything, but at the same time if I wake up in the morning, and even if it’s 5 o’clock, I could do yoga. Yoga is quiet.

While, I’m not a professional when it comes to doing yoga, I can tell you that yoga makes me feel better, and I just feel healthy because of it. Technically speaking, stretching is great for your body, and, in certain positions, you can build some muscle. Some of the people that I’ve seen that look the youngest despite their age, do yoga.

I’ve heard that by stretching the spine, then you can make yourself healthier. Yoga focuses on the core muscles and the abdominal muscles. If you want to be healthy, do something in the morning, and if running 5 km in the morning is too much for you, take a step in the right direction and do yoga.




Do sudoku

Some people think that sudoku is just for some old people who have nothing better to do. I can’t tell you the benefits exactly of sudoku, because I’m a little bit of a novice, but at the same time, I can tell you a couple of different things I’ve learned about what sudoku does to your brain online.




Sudoku helps you with your concentration

Sudoku is great because it helps you with your concentration. I can attest to that. While, most people probably can’t concentrate for more than 30 seconds to a minute at a time, sudoku takes a longer time than just that.. If you are pretty good at sudoku, you can finish an average puzzle in about 10 minutes. Even if it takes you 30 minutes to do one puzzle, that time for you is well used because you were able to concentrate for that period on one thing


Sudoku for some reason helps you relieve stress and anxiety

While, I haven’t felt this personally, to be honest with you, I’ve heard that sudoku helps you relieve stress. I can kind of see why, because the world is very stressful. If you’re just focusing on one thing, then maybe it just helps you realize that a lot of other things are not that important. Sudoku itself is not that important, but it lets you focus on something else while all the stresses of your life are forgotten




Sudoku helps you with patience

People hate waiting. They have this microwave mentality about everything in their life. We hate waiting in lineups, and we hate waiting in traffic. To be honest with you I blame the Internet. Because we can get any information that we want at our fingertips, we’ve been spoiled. Sudoku helps you to counteract that knee-jerk reaction to just being impatient all the time. You have to wait. You have to do the puzzle until it’s done. Sudoku is an exercise in patience




Read more books

The average person these days doesn’t read any books at all. Even if you try to pick up a fiction book and read 10 pages in a day, you’re well ahead of the competition. I don’t know exactly when it started, where people stopped reading books so much, but at the same time, I think it’s detrimental to society. A long time ago a lot of people would put all of the books that they read on the bookshelf, kind of like bragging. They would silently be bragging to other people that they read all these books, and they had accumulated all of that knowledge. People don’t do that anymore


By reading books obviously, you’re improving your concentration. You’re also benefiting from the knowledge hopefully that you were attaining from that book. Now if you’re reading a fiction book, you might think, what is the benefit of me reading this? But at the same time, there are sophisticated writing patterns, there is character development, and you also develop some empathy for the character. There are a lot of things that you can learn just from reading fiction books as well



Anybody can read 10 pages in one day. Anybody can do yoga for 15 minutes. Anybody can pick up a super easy sudoku puzzle, learn about the rules online, and then just start. These are just some super easy things that you can do every morning, and you can start tomorrow morning. You can start today if you want to. Any good habits start with one step in the right direction. Go ahead and step in the right direction, and become more successful in your life
