One of the reasons why you should think about doing this exercise is that it’s compact. What I mean by compact is that you can work all your major muscle groups in just one motion. A lot of people don’t have stamina when it comes to exercising. And partly the reason why is because they just focus on muscle-building exercises only. You notice the guys who have really big muscles at the gym, when they go running, they get tired easily. In conclusion, you might not be crazy about this exercise, but it is effective. You don’t need to go anywhere as I said, you don’t need to spend any money, and, as long as you have a big enough area, basically you can do this anywhere. It might be one of the most fundamental exercises that you’ll ever learn. If you keep doing them, I promise that you’ll get used to them. You might not like them in the beginning, but you’ll thank your body later for doing so many of them.
